Any content you upload to the system
C. AI Output Ownership
Clients own the outputs generated by AI inside our automations.

AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased
You agree that Brick Ratio is not liable for AI-generated errors
You must review and verify all AI outputs before using them
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees about lead quality, booking rates, or business outcomes.
We are not liable for:
AI mistakes or inaccuracies
Lost revenue or missed opportunities
Damages arising from user error
Issues caused by third-party integrations
Business losses or indirect damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate an account if:

You misuse the AI systems
You engage in illegal or harmful activity
You fail to pay subscription fees
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
